Our outdoor living design process starts at $4500. Most clients begin with a $3200 retainer that covers our five-step design process. During that process, the entire space is defined clearly enough to be built correctly.

If a client chooses to move forward with us for construction, the remaining design balance is not billed. If they choose not to, they leave with a complete design they can use to obtain accurate pricing elsewhere.

Free designs are easy to get. Good outcomes are not. Paying for design is not about spending more. It is about knowing what you are actually building before you commit.
