Design Fees

Every VizX project begins with the same design philosophy, process, and level of care, guided by our 5 Step Outdoor Living Design Process.

Investment levels reflect the scale of the home and the complexity of the project, not a difference in design quality or attention. Whether a project is modest or expansive, the same thoughtful approach is applied to ensure clarity, alignment, and confidence before construction begins.

Our design process is structured to protect clients from rushed decisions, unclear scope, and unexpected costs during construction.

The VizX 5 Step Outdoor Living Design Process

Every design engagement follows the same proven method.

Step One. Discovery and lifestyle alignment.
We begin by understanding how you live, entertain, and envision using your outdoor space.

Step Two. Site analysis and planning.
We evaluate the property, access, constraints, and opportunities that will shape the design.

Step Three. Concept development.
We design cohesive outdoor kitchen, dining, and lounge zones that function together and integrate with the home.

Step Four. Three dimensional design and refinement.
Your project is visualized in three dimensions and refined through two rounds of revisions.

Step Five. Budget alignment and planning.
We review investment ranges, feature options, and construction readiness with clarity and transparency.
